Shipping and Delivery
We use Grab, J&T Express, Kerry Express for district, provincial or regional delivery.
We use EMS, Fedex, DHL for international delivery and shipping fees apply.
We only ship to a physical address with a tracking number and signature confirmation.
Please allow for 3-5 business days for local national deliveries and 5-10 business days for International deliveries.
Return Policy
Sales are final however if within 10 days a defect is reported not as a result of wear and tear, a credit or exchange may apply.
